This lil' guy is just the best stove, and it is well loved by many outdoorspeople. At only 2.6oz, you hardly even know that you're carrying anything, and yet it cooks like a charm. This stove, while light, isn't the most heat efficient stove, and there are models that boil water a lot quicker (i.e. the Reactor!). However, when weight savings is your goal, the PocketRocket is here for you.
This stove also folds up super small and is a very compact stove option. The one bummer is that the stove doesn't deal with wind well, so if it is windy, you may have to be creative in the ways that you keep the wind from snuffing out the flame. All in all, we take this stove out all the time and it is a fast favorite of many outdoorspeople.
Pros:
Very lightweight
Uses the ever popular isobutane as fuel, which is easy to use
Compacts small
Cons:
Doesn't handle wind well
Isn't the most heat efficient
