Hard-Goods

Dan and I got the Slingfin Splitwing this past spring and we have been in love ever since! It is a modular tarp that has the option to attatch a vestibule and an interior mesh, and the tarp only weighs 8oz.

My HyperVector skis are. my. babies. They're my favorite things ever. Super light weight, turns like butter, and really quick and agile on the uphill. Voile knows what they're doing.

I chose the Zed bindings because I wanted a lightweight but downhill-focused binding to mount on my HyperVectors. While the Zeds have their quirks, I am ultimately happy with the binding, and love ripping couloirs with them!

The Meteor is my climbing and backcountry skiing helmet, and it was the first climbing helmet to be certified for safety while backcountry touring. Rad! It has some quirks though.

I have had my Montebiancos since... 2015? Forever. They fit my face well, stay on my face, and they are also photochromatic, which is great for these moody PNW days. These go with me whenever I travel on snow.

Dan and I use our WhisperLite whenever we are on an expedition or car camping. It is a little heavy for normal backcountry use, but it is great for longer trips or when you want something that is heat efficient. Also, white gas is cheaper than isobutane, so being able to use white gas is a $$ saver!

Our little PocketRocket is our go-to backcountry stove. It is super tiny and light weight, it makes it a no-brainer to bring along trips. The only times it isn't ideal is when it is windy out, or when it is very cold out.
